One of the things that mountain residents and visitors alike are likely to tell you is that they love the smell of the pine trees. Shaver Lake has thousands of them. Pine trees are large, gorgeous, smell nice, and stay green. They also drop pine needles everywhere, all year long.
That's where we come in. Once a pine needle has fallen, it will stay there until removed by man or animal. It is also fire safe to have the needles removed. It takes a lot of hard labor to rake up the needles, bag them and haul them away. Now aren't you glad here to do all that for you!
